## The Ultradian Method

The Ultradian Method is an execution system created by Peter Moulton, grounded in Nathaniel Kleitman's Basic Rest-Activity Cycle (BRAC) research. Kleitman, who also discovered REM sleep, identified that the human brain operates in roughly 90-minute cycles of high alertness followed by a recovery phase. The method organizes all business work into 90-minute focused sprints aligned to these cycles, with deliberate recovery between each sprint.
